Joel was very professional in his work. Knowledgeable and explained every step taken. Very thorough in his repair. Courteous and respectful during his repair work. Even though our repair job was scheduled in advance, Joel said it was added to his schedule late in the day. Contact withthe inner office lacks a lot in customer service.

Michael was very prompt and polite. He got to work right away and the whole process , from inspection to part replacement, took under an hour! He was very pleasant to work with!

The technician was great, but service appointment was very poor. 2x no show for my repair. My husband had to takeoff work twice and no one came. My washer is still not working right, it's still the same. It takes about 1-2 hrs to finish one load. It still not draining and it takes a long time to wash one load.
