Frank was very personable, but most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He did not hesitate from the moment he looked at the machine. He knew what was wrong once I described the symptoms. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything. I doubt a younger technician and a less experienced person would have been able to fix this after many people have looked at my problem before and none have been able to solve it. He quickly knew it was a fuel problem, and after a simple test, he confirmed his suspicion.. he told me what I should do if I encounter any future problems and was extremely thorough.. He even waited around for me to mow the lawn for a while to make sure the machine did not shut down again. I think gone the days where you get this kind of professional professionalism, and service..

I had trouble starting my mower, thought I had run out of fuel. I am used to self-repair of equipment. but was stumped. Allan came and did some examination and found an internal problem that I would have not found! Very happy with the results and knowledge of the repairman. Also, great customer rapport and service.
