Riding Craftsman Lawnmower
After 10 minutes of mowing the mower threw the belt Frank installed, I believe he installed a belt that was too large for the mower. I tried to contact Frank several times but with no response!! I will not be paying for this service until my mower is repaired correctly!!

Craftsman riding lawn mower
David is the best. His years of experience served his customers well. He is always very efficient in repair and tuneups. He has been servicing my lawnmower for years. My lawnmower is 19 years old and David has keep it running over the years. Seats is lucky to have him.

Troy-Bilt TB30R carburetor repair/replac
Repairman-CASS ..confirmed what a told him…that it is a carburetor repair. He did not attempt to repair. He got online and quoted $343.81 for a 951-05545 carburetor that I can buy for $25 to $30 . Labor was quoted at $319.95. Total with tax = $683.76. He agreed that the total install would take less than an hour. Then he collected my $139 and he left after 10 minutes. What a joke! I'll never call Sears again! I'd appreciate a credit on my Capital One card, since I waited 2 weeks, then 7 hours today for nothing!

Deceived and robbed
Sears does not service John Deere! Before they came they sent a message that there would be a diagnosis fee of $139. I sent model # etc as requested so they could bring the correct parts. The technician diagnosed the problem and told me that they do not have any John Deere parts. He charged me $229 and did not attempt to fix it!! Never again with Sears!!

Lawn tractor failure
I have waited 5 months to have my lawn tractor repaired. I have had numerous transmission failures and Sears continues to attempt to "repair". It takes months to get parts, then they don't fit or fix the problem. I have called numerous times to try and get someone to come out again and the "system" is down. I would never recommend Sears to anyone I care about.

Not experience with Lawrence
I had a Sears technician come out to service my craftsman lawnmower to put mulching blades & a belt replacement well he put regular blades & a used belt & charged me for what he didn't put on once I found out about it I was very disappointed in his service for him to ever think I wouldn't have known the difference.
