I needed mower blades replaced, Belts inspected, and rear tires replaced. Christopher did not carry new blades in his van. The belts were visually inspected. Only one rear tire was removed and the new tire was installed but could not be inflated, Christopher did not carry the proper tools to inflate. So that was the extent of the service. Christopher has previously come to work on my riding mower and he has always satisfactorily completed the work. This trip was not one of them.

Service man was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the battery which I had to go and buy. No labor was included in the 139. Cost. Was a very expensive repair for an item that I had to provide. I appreciate his knowledge, but paid a lot for a reservation. Ray Casteel

The service repairman, Frank, has visited my home several times. Each time he is prompt, courteous and extremely professional. But, most importantly he is knowledgeable and competent. He has performed several different services on my Craftsman tractor and has always been able to properly diagnose and fix whatever problem has occurred. If I ever have service issues again I will ask for Frank to help out.

I bought my Sears Tractor after having 1 for more than 24 years with little or no problem! Now this 8 or 9 year old tractor has cost me close to $700 in 3 visits and it still broke! Replaced 1 belt & less than 20 days I have another broken belt! Was told it was the "other belt"! Sears sets appointments between 8 & 5! 9 hour window! I was told he would be here at 2:39pm. He shows up at 4:50 & we had a grandkid birthday party to attend! When I tried the tractor the next day, it will not go into reverse! I texted the tech with no reply! I've spent more money on this Sears tractor than it is worth & it is still broken! I need another visit & I think it should be covered by Sears!
