Shane was great on the 3 visits he was at our home. Extra trip because we called to confirm all parts were not here but your customer service said they were. Wasted trip. Problem is your communication with the customer. An 8-5 window is too large. Your online link is not accurate for the appointment tech schedule. I wasted a whole day today waiting for tech. Each time I opened link gave me a different time. First was he should arrive at 856 and I had 1 stop ahead of me. Tech didn't show until 415. That is just wrong. That is not Shane's fault that is your system. I also tried to call. 41 minute wait to speak with someone. I did live chat. They told me 1151am to 1251pm and it was already after 1 pm. Again Shane was great. Repaired and friendly. Your issues are communication. If I would have know. Tech would not be out until after 3 would not have had to take the entire day off.
