He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the issues as to what was going on with our lawnmower. He contacted the company and then explained the insurance company would be reaching out to us as to next steps. Dave was a pleasure to converse with. He pointed areas of my mower that needed to be cleaned , that I did not know existed . He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work . You should be proud to have an employee of his caliber working for your company.
