My technician today and the one from last week were great. However, I needed to reach someone earlier this week about getting someone back out here to install the parts that were ordered and apparently there is no way to actually reach a human on the phone. Very frustrating for a long time loyal customer and makes me question if I'll continue to do business with you.

John has been coming out for years to fix and maintain maintenance to my dad's riding mower. Now that my dad is no longer with us, I didn't know who I would get to come out from Sears to once again do maintenance on his mower. Here John shows up. Did a wonderful job, once again, and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
