Marty, our technician should be given a prize for his cleanliness, personal and mechanical, his positive attitude, his knowledge, and support. He been my mechanic since he first started with Sears and has always been an exemplary example of how a tech should be.

After all the trouble getting someone out to fix my tracter, I am so glad they sent Ron. Such a nice person. He explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed ,and ordered the parts right then, along with a appointment to come back and fix it. And he came back and fixed the tractor just as he said he would. This is one employee I wouldn't ever let go!!!
