Tyler and Jim are absolutely great. On the appointment they are professional, friendly, customer oriented and proficient in their work. The Sears automated system is the opposite of all those descriptions. The strength is with AEs people. Please return some of the autonomy to all levels of your service. After 11 years of my annual maintenance package I realized my loyalty did not ensure being prioritized in season. Due to back ordering of parts and scheduling delays I lost almost 12 weeks of peak grass season without a fully functioning tractor. Tyler and Jim rock. Sears is a shell of the quality they once delivered.
