David was very thorough and detailed. He arrived on time and fixed my riding lawnmower quickly, enabling me to mow my lawn the same day. David's been fixing my mower for a long time. He's very knowledgeable and skilled at working with these machines.

Technician (Andy) was a great person to deal with. He quickly determined what was wrong and ordered the parts. After the parts arrived he came back and completed the repair. Everything works as it should.

David did a great job. He called ahead with his estimated arrival time, he quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed it. Unfortunately, Sears' repairs fees are expensive, but that's not within his control.

Mr. Joey ordered the parts for my riding mower. The parts came with a couple of days and Mr. Joey was right back out as promised. Every time he comes to do a repair I always end up learning something new about my mower.
