First attempt (waited almost a week for the appointment) did not fix lawn tractor. Next appointment (about 5 days later) was cancelled. Today I waited 2 1/2 hours, then got a call saying service person was not able to come. Rescheduled for tomorrow so now I have to change my schedule and wait around again.

I had the service center out 3 times and the problem is still not fixed. They did not show on on the second time and I lost a day of work!

The mower is still backfiring and overheating the muffler shields. Obviously, something more than replace the carburetor and suggest that I not use stabilized fuel must be done. Two and a half more weeks' wait till they send someone. Hopefully, they'll really fix the mower.

Called Sears to fix lawn mower I just purchased. When I got home it would not start. Was able to jump start and Sears came to replace battery. Said nothing wrong with battery but clutch wasn't engaging. Worked on that. When he left I only had 3 out of 6 gears and parking break would t engage. Said I would need to make another appointment for that. I returned the mower the next day.

Absurbly expensive. They used to be reasonable even just 3 years ago. If you can do it yourself or pay a neighbor. Even their parts on the truck is marked up to a ridiculous amount. Their management says they charge these very high prices because they can. How insulting.

Terrible!!! My mower wouldn't work in reverse. After the technician was done, the mower didn't work forward or backword. I called him and he told me it was working fine. I ended up exchanging the mower for a new one.

The existing problem was not fixed as requested instead a tuneup was done. Tractor would still not work after trying to mow the lawn. It will not move forward or backwards.

I purchased extended warranty for lawn mower, i called to have them come out and put belt back on that had slipped off ( part of warranty) the rep told me to get out and my manual i could do this and i asked her if that's the case why did i pay for warranty? they gave me a date of July 6, 2015 called and confirmed and after missing day from work at 2 in the afternoon and called and said they would have to re-schedule ..the next day showed up an hour late...omg this has been a nightmare when deck belt was put on they must have knocked the driveway out so waiting on 2nd repair... very un-satisfied with this!
