Air conditioner repair
Was not equipped/ trained /qualified to repair my air conditioner, after waiting 20 days for air services during the HOTTEST DAYS of the year I'm mortified with u're repair service. Never Again !!!

Incorrect diagnosis
Tech claimed there was gas leak from the pipeline going into the building next to the AC unit and had to reschedule, I called the gas company two different tech came and did not find any gas leaks, he probably smelling his own cigarette that he was smoking after he left parking on the side of the road !

July 26th he came out here and my boyfriend said he didn't look like he want to work he ordered a part. On August 2rd he came out my sister said that he seemed like he didn't he put the panel on the AC and he came in and checked the Box he told my sister it's some kind of wire going on he left everything out and told her I need it electrician I would not represent him cuz he do not want to work I had to call somebody to bring another Sears person to come fix it I told her that he was going to call me back and he never did.

DELAY
Delay in response lead to major complications, the roof fell off due to continuous leak of water. We called Sears Home repair and maintenance mutiple times per day since Michael L serviced it since it started leaking throughout the day. The delay started since before the first visit of Michael L. This review is for Michael Landers, company A&E factory service and Sears.

Pure garbage
Technician closed the ticket, charged my home warranty company and never came out and performed the work but said in the comments that I declined the work, a pureLIE!!!! If I could rate him a 0 I would !!!!

Totally disappointed
I received the visit of Marco Technician to review my AC unit. Then he told me verbally that my unit are not working correctly and he will suggest to replacing them. Then I receive a visit of another Sears contractor, these new guys review my units again and their diagnostic was totally different. This new contractors submitted a report that I need to clean my units instead replace. I don't understand how two diferente people reviewed the same units and have a totally diagnosis different. And the worst part is that I need to pay from my pocket the cleaning service. Wow totally disappointed

Disappointing
Seems that Sears is working with the home insurances little by little, giving wrong diagnosis depending on what they got pre-approved. I am nos quite sure if this is a Sears issue or I forced, but with certainty they don't care leaving home owner with the same or even worst condition. Taking weeks to solve a claim.

Unacceptable
It took over 4 weeks just to fix my water tank. Unacceptable time. Your service is just poor and unacceptable. And I just renewed my warranty to. Maybe a mistake on my end..

AC not cooling enough
I called my home warranty for service and they picked up Sears as their choice preference. Guy came over and said a AC was working oK at the moment, explained the degree temp outside and the difference they can go down inside due to high temps outside. Never physically touch the AC unit or display to check or do any troubleshooting. He went by what I explained the AC was doing. Now, the AC is not cooling at all. Temp outside is 80s and rainy, inside is 84. My common sense is telling me the AC is not working properly.
