It should be a zero!!!!!!
No one ever showed up nor was I called to say they were not coming. I am very upset to have waited all day for a no show. This doesn't set well with me. I was also texted an hour before 5:00 stating that they would come between 5:01 and 6:30. Truly this is not good!!!

Heating furnace
Please don't make it so difficult for us to use our maintenance contract!!!! Requested service for our annual heat check up. The technician said he could only do upstairs or downstairs but, not both!! When I requested service on line it didn't have a place to request heat on both levels of your house to be serviced!!! The service tech serviced our upstairs and will drive back 100 miles to service downstairs in 2 weeks! I was on the phone with warranty company and all he needed was a service # to do both! We are asked all the time if our contract is worth the money and hassle????? Understand it's not cinch now but going back to Sears?? Please improve your service. I guess not the tech's faught.

Dissatisfied and frustrated warranty sears service
One Month ago I Opened a Sears service order to review my AC issues on my home. The technician arrived to my home and review my units and based on his feedback and email report my issues needed to be replaced. Then a second company arrived to my home review my units and provide me a different diagnosis diferente that Sears Technician. This 2nd company mention that I need to clean my units and this will solve my AC issue. Sears do not cover this clean up and must to Pay for this service. Then my AC issue still was there I called Sears again about my issues. Sears opened a second order to review my AC units. Technician arrived again to check my units and found same issues .units needs to be replaced. Today 10/9/2023 I received a Sears call phone form Case Manager to tell me that Sears will not able to cover old AC units and therefore Sears will not be able to solve my AC issue. I felt totally frustrated and dissatisfied for this Sears answer. I was out from my job to attend all Sears appointments (Without Pay in my job) for nothing. It was a waste of my time, money for nothing. Sears warranty is not a good option to cover your home.

Canceled again
I never received services. The appointment has been canceled and rescheduled since 8/31 which was the day of my request. Today I was told it was too cold for the repair and that they were waiting on the parts but according to AHS part part has been ordered.

Never showed up
Never showed up. I didn't get any call. I got nothing. Your rating is a ZERO. I got the text saying you would show up. I got the emails saying you would show up. I got the bill that looks like your service guy went to somebodies house and performed maintenance on a furnace. I would love to know what house

This was the most miserable, worst home service experience I've ever had. A 9 hour arrival window is RIDICULOUS! After having me wait ALL DAY on 9/15 and no showing you made me wait 2 more weeks for an appointment. we closed on our home today. Sears' ineptitude cost me my claim with Choice- This was a horrible exper

Disappointed
I've been struggling with my ac being fixed for about a month. The answer I receive is "I don't know what's wrong with it." "I will just glue it." Came out twice and glued it twice. Does that sound right to you? Ya well me either.

Technician did nothing! Got upset when I questioned him about my unit like I'm not supposed to ask questions.

Unreliable and liar
Carlos was extremely unreliable and a liar. He stated that he came to the residence and no one was there. He never showed or called. He is no knowledgeable about his job and guesses at the diagnosis. Sears should reconsider the "technicians" they hire. Carlos is a HACK and should be fired.
