Rip Off!
Randy Collected the deductible upfront and left without saying anything! He said he was going to call in the repair approval and wait in his truck while waiting on the response if it was covered. I looked outside to follow up and he was gone. I received an email of the receipt and that the issue isn't covered. I called his phone and he did not answer. The real issue is that he is over weight and did not want to keep climbing the stairs. He complained about having knee issues so he said the unit needed cleaning to avoid the work. This is a scam! They collect the deductible upfront so that they don't have to do any work and still get paid- Sears is horrible and so is choice home warranty.

Dishonest service
You guys only care about the money. Showed up to my property, demanded the service fee, after received the fee, said he can't work on my call. So collected the fee without even trying.

The issue is not resolved
I couldn't gage Audrey's work as the issue is not resolved. My room temperature is neither heating nor cooling. The thermostat keep showing preheating to 72 for many hours and not changing at all

No communication at all
The technician came to check the AC, but it's unclear if the issue was actually fixed. Communication was very limited, and I was told the power was broken even though it was working before the visit. Overall, not a clear or reassuring experience.

Non responsive technician
John came to our house thru Choice Home Warranty. Told us that he needed to order a part. Well, as of today, 5 days later, he still has not submitted any diagnostic info to the warranty company get approval. I've tried to reach out with NO RESPONSE from him or the company itself. Email gets bounced back as undeliverable. Terrible service. I'm a disabled senior, it was 48-52 degrees in my house. The pain exacerbates my disability causing much more pain. Stay away from this company at all cost.

He lied!!!
I had another company out they say it's the wear and tear years old!!! Cesar said something is caught in line not serviced!!! He is full of crap!!! Guess you get paid from choice home warranty company to not honor the service I pay for!!! I am not finished 1 am getting other opinions and a lawyer!!!

Poor service

NO ONE CAME No service was provided
We have been waiting all day for the technician to show up today. First the automated system said a little after 9am, then 10 , then 11 then 12 , then 1:30. Then I received some disturbing emails, three emails stating that I signed some papers. I did not sign anything because NO ONE CAME Waiting here like an idiot for him to come. We need air conditioning we are elderly sick handicapped heart condition people. Then I received a survey to rate the service. What service no one came Then the automated system has a message that says we have zero tickets open. No one came
