A/C Repair
When a/c handler motor was installed, the repairman left leaving the electrical cord strung across unit and plugged in a wall unit. Sears had to make a second trip to correct. First, he said that was the way it was originally. "No" A little bit of disagreement discussion. And said there was not another plug in. After I insisted there must be, he found after pulling a few things in front out. It would appear he just wanted to use the easiest instead of bending down to find the appropriate plug in. He should have done this when first repaired. A waste of everyone's time.

AC unit
Nice man. He Could not explain why my AC was blowing hot air sometimes. Did not have the proper equipment to check the temperature that my AC was blowing inside. Didn't tell the reading of my capacitor. I was researching that it could be why my AC stops blowing cold air. I need another repair technician to came by my place and reassure me that I won't spend another night with hot air Please. Thank you.

Billy was great — the company, not so much
1st appt, took 4 days after home warranty contacted them. Diagnosis: I needed a part replaced. Appt scheduled 8 days out. The hottest week in Nashville. Tried to find a # to call to see if there was some way to work with the schedule. No luck. Billy came first thing on the scheduled day, thank God. My week without A/C was awful. After doing everything I could to stay cool, by late morning, it was no cooler than 90. In the end, it took him less than an hour to fix. If there had been an office I could call, maybe I could have persuaded them to fix it before the scheduled time. The only reason I didn't go local is because I used my home warranty company, which is a whole other issue. Took them 2 days to even find a company to do the job. I'm all fixed now, but you really should make it clear how to call a local number. If that isn't even an option, you really suck.

ISSUE NOT FIXED
Although the tech was nice, the issue is still NOT resolved. The AC is nor working . It's still hot.

Technician service
Their experience with Sears is just unpleasant and horrible you can't reach a live person. All you can do is send emails and respond to some AI artificial intelligence answering service. The technicians are unprofessional when they arrive at the location. They don't have the proper tools to get the job done or do a correct assessment? It's just been a very bad experience all around trying to get an appointment scheduled and reach a live representative. I hope this reaches someone that can respond other than a robot.

In rush and no intention to find the issue
This guy came in 3 hours late and without going to the main unit in attic he concluded the issue that there is a leakage without doing the leak test and submitted wrong information to insurance company denying the claim and charged $434 for his 15 minutes of his visit.

Worst technician
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know how this man is still employed. Most un professional individual I've ever dealt with. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company. Your tech gives you a bad name

Please read the comment on page 2, March 3. Also, the first time he came, he stood in the kitchen for a long time, waiting on something he had typed on his computer. I finally asked if he needed me for anything else. On the second trip, I was in the living room, and he left through the garage, never telling me he was finished, etc.
