Blocked closet door from previous repair

The technician was very polite, but he said my system was low by one pound of refrigerant, so he added the correct amount and left. Where did this pound of refrigerant go? No kind of leak test was performed, so it looks like I will likely have to find another company that will actually fix the issue instead of putting a band aid on it.

Technician performed his job but as I asked questions he seemed preoccupied and was ready to move to the next job. Overall, he did what he was supposed to do, but it would've been nice if he was a little bit more attentive to the customer and the customer's concerns/questions. Then again, it was hot and he probably was ready to move onto the next job.

Tech diagnosed bad pressure switch and installed new one but furnace does not work. Not to mention it's winter and I still do not have heat and i am still waiting do get furnace fixed.

Delonzo was a nice gentleman ant tried to help me but we could not get my water heater working because we needed another part that Rheem still needed to send. He was reluctant to take the gas control unit off after installing it to follow the troubleshooting directions of the Telephone Rheem technician but eventually complied and this uncovered the true cause of the water heater issue. We left the heater open and parts unfinished so that a Senior Sears Tech can come in later this week and complete the repair once we receive the new TDR part… He did apologize for not being able to complete service but asked me to sign for originally having put in the gas control kit so i did that…

Our service guy Glenn was fine. However, I think ya'll might be overbooking him. It shouldn't take two weeks to order and install a Defrost Board. Thank God my system would intermittently work by kicking it several times a day, otherwise I would've been burning up during the day for almost a month. Hire more technicians please!
