He arrived on time and performed the diagnostics accurately. The home warranty company denied the claim. Though that is, strictly speaking, not his fault, I can't give five stars for an unsatisfactory outcome.

Duke was great and helpful.. However, the boiler is not working properly and can't be turned off. It requires a bit more troubleshooting.

The service provided by the technician that worked on our A/C unit. was excellent, except for two items; 1. The time frame which allowed the technician to arrive was unacceptable. The time to the job needs to be a little more to the point. 2. He had to order a part for the unit, that would be available in one to two days. But, because of his schedule we would have to wait a week for repairs. From the time we called in the problem (A/C quit) until it was repaired was over two weeks. Having to cope with the heat was almost unbearable. You need to do something about your scheduling. The technician was great, you need more of them.

Tec was an hour late with no call stating he was running behind he did call and text he was on his way, after the system ran for 4 hours it is not cooling down the house, no not happy.
