Great explanation of the problem

This was the second time Sears came to see us the first time it was running but then it stopped. When Romany came out today he explained that our filters are too thick and this could be causing the system not to work. He made sure it was working before he left. Hopefully that's all it is and we get to have a cool house.

My A/C unit went out during our latest heatwave. It was literally 98 degrees in my house. I'm so thankful Jamie was my technician. He knew exactly what to do and worked quickly to get me up and running again. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Poor guy had 8 more jobs lined up that day. Trying to imagine working outside all day in that miserable heat just to ensure others are cool and comfortable made me really appreciate the work he does. He's an incredible asset to Sears and I will be recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again, Jamie!
