Technician did what he supposed to do, but scheduling dept didn't, I was setup for today to do all services needed to be done but only one tech showed up to do one appliance and no others. You need to work on your scheduling department to do better job.

Ronald is a very good and professional repairman; I told him the issues I was experiencing with my air conditioner and he did some testing and explained to me what needed to be done to correct them. He then proceeded to correct the problems and shared additional details as he did the work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs to their home cooling system!! Thanks Ronald.
