Service technician was great. He did good job of explaining what he was fixing and was knowledgeable. Downside: Sears website is terrible; they don't give you option for talking to a real person, they can't give you a more narrow timeframe for service (8:00-5:00 is not a timeframe). They could have at least given a time within a 3-4 hour slot. Putting off work for a whole day and service technician arriving after 5:00 pm is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
