Mr Billy Bell was very thorough and courteous. He explained everything I needed to know. He was very neat and clean and appearance, which is important to me when someone comes into my home. Not only did he explain everything to me. He also showed me some things so I could understand completely everything that was going on with my system. I hope if I ever need services again, I will get him again. I feel that Mr. Billy is very knowledgeable in being able to keep my system up and running. Mr. Billy makes Sears maintenance company look good and maintains their good reputation for the Sears company. I hope Sears understands how well he makes their company (Sears) look good.
