I am so impressed by Arthur and Sears Home Services! He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my HVAC really quickly, answered all my questions, and explained how everything worked. He was incredibly gracious and professional. I would not hesitate to call Sears again. Thank you!

Daniel was great technician, he arrived when he said he would and was very courteous and professional. My home warranty company will not pay for repairs so I'm upset about that but that was nothing on Daniel at all. He was very apologetic that he couldn't do more for us.

Good customer service. Knowledgeable. Not his fault the time between diagnosis and replace/repair too a month to complete. Bad Sears. Baad Sears. Corin demonstrated good people are worth their weight in gold. A lengthy (1 month) repair for something that shouldn't take more than 5 days will cost Sears customers. Not Corin's fault. Sears step up.

Sebas did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issue to me. He was very courteous. The only thing that would improve the service would be for Sears to provide a narrower window of the arrival. It's very inconvenient to schedule an entire day out of the office.
