James was great, but Sears could do much better

I was given a 11 hour window for my technician to show up and the time changed several times from 7:25am to eventually 8:40pm. Luckily, he showed up a little after 7pm and was able to fix the problem. I tried to contact Sears, but they only had AI agents and had no live agents that could speak to me. All the AI agent could do is reschedule or cancel my appointment. I was very unimpressed and will not be doing business with Sears again.

Erek, and Mekhi (trainee) provided great service was, diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and with in 25-30 minutes it was repaired and cooling! 🧊🧊🧊

David came in, saw what needed to be done, and got it done. A couple of days prior to David's service call, we had another gentleman sent by Sears and he just did not care to try and take the time to solve the problem. David took the time to listen to what the problem was, and after patiently listening the problem was solved in no time. Thank you so much David.
