Excellent Work
Finally someone came who knew what he was doing, everything seems to finally be right after 4 months of waiting for your service to get my unit completely fixed, Shame we went all summer without our AC working because you sent someone before who came and left all the wiring out on my unit and didn't fin it.

Daryl is the epitome of what a service representative should be. He is extremely courteous, professional and really knows his business. It didn't take him long to figure out our problem and before we knew it everything was done. You should have him training the rest of the representatives and give him a hefty raise!!
