Our technician was very helpful and easily diagnosed the issue. We have renters who apparently have not been changing the filters correctly and he was able to direct them how to do so. He also gave some Sage words of advice about filters and being on top of maintenance.

Charlie was great, all business and very proficient in his work, He made a few changes gave a few suggestions and my house is cool. He was professional and left the area clean. You can change your policy of all day service window. Bad for me.

Jaime (hi-me) came out at the end of a hot day and assessed the air conditioner system in under an hour, repaired it with parts on the truck. Two other technicians had come out for three previous visits without identifying the root cause for frozen lines. All that is to say that Jaime's experience saved me any more days off of work waiting for appointments, saved the company replacement costs and unnecessary service calls and saved a customer as well for Choice Home Warranty.
