Not happy

I called you to diagnose a washing machine and told you it had stopped in the middle of a wash cycle a week ago. The gentleman came out, found our lines were frozen and just left and I was charged for the call. I don't mind being charged for the call, but he just assumed the frozen lines were the issue and he didn't even test the switches or anything else. I expect that when the water lines are thawed, if the washer still doesn't work, someone will come back and do the work I paid for. The water lines weren't frozen when the issue started.

Oven repair

Our oven went out before Thanksgiving. The oven repair man finally came January 22. Unfortunately, the oven is not working right. The thermostat is not working. It takes a long time of playing with the temperature before I can get the right temperature. Also the timer is not working correctly.

Nice guy but didn't fix issue

As soon as I put a load of laundry back into the washing machine, the same issue came back. Edward was nice and respectful but the issue was not fixed

I have been waiting 5 days for the technician to show up, 45 hours waiting for a no show. What kind of busy are you running. Very upset. I spent a lot of money on my washer and Sears warranty. Why do you treat your customers like this?

Delayed all day, finally came right before 5PM. Did not diagnose the washer. Smug attitude. Do not come to my property again. He falsely reported that the washer was fine & it is definitely not working. Why make us wait all day and when you get here, you did nothing at all. Ruined our entire day & night. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would have gave 0 stars, but that was not an option.

Dave came and left without repairing my refrigerator!!!!!! He stated to had to be at least 60 degrees in the garage to do the repair that I've been waiting for over a month to get fixed.
