Service repair man didn't lift a tool bag. Didn't check my heating element. Told me I needed to clean out my vent. 127.00 later my dryer isn't drying. Would not recommend this service man.

Ice maker
Please have service guy to come back out ice maker still do not work, he was there yesterday and was to repair but it's not working

88 88 error code on Samsung Refrigerator
Rate him as 1. Did not do a diagnostic on the panel. Said the door was unbalanced and air was getting into the refrigerator and caused the 88 88 code. All he did is reset the code. He claimed it was the door. I need new control or circuit board. I need Terrenace Id # 8653 a senior technician to look at this display panel. It is not fixed.

Absolutely Horrible Experience!!!!
My Appointment was rescheduled without my input 9 Times after my parts arrived, over a month of waiting only to have my appt cancelled last minute multiple times by Sears Co repair contractor. Then Sears repairman comes finally, floods my basement without telling me, signs paperwork I did not see for me, was leaving and I asked him to show me machine works, oops now I also find out he made a flood, then he gaslights me by starting and stopping cycles 3 times, instead of letting it run through, see it's spinning he says ! I try a load right when he leaves, as he was rushing to leave, and surprising….SAME ERROR CODE AS BEFORE!!!! Now Back in Call center and appointment nightmare! On review of my security camera, looks like he still has the new boxed parts when leaving??? Pretty sure he did not even attempt repair due to all of my appointment rescheduling complaints about him and multiple requests for a different repairman. I only let him in the door because I needed my machine fixed so bad; pretty sure it's illegal to sign a document for someone too! Making a consumer fraud complaint with the State.

No work today!
He did not perform service today because someone, somewhere, made a mistake and had a refrigerator for repair on the claim instead of a freezer

Broken washer, not repaired
Gregory wouldn't even touch my washer. He said it had rust on the top and he couldn't fix it. The rust had nothing to do with the washers performance. He was afraid he couldn't get the top back on. This washer has a wash soaker on top and I am guessing that's why it rusted. I have never had a washer rust on top before. The bottom line is it still worked fine until the gears went out. I would understand if it was rusted inside the motor. This service was unacceptable and he act like he just didn't want to fix it. Being a Sears customer for years and keeping a warranty on my appliances did not do me any good. Sears can you please tell me why you sale these warranties if you don't honor them? Please don't tell me it's because my washer had rust on top, that had nothing to do with it working. It has worked for a long time with rust on it. Give me a break! I am a very dissatisfied customer!

not a great experience
if i could put no stars i would. my machine was working but on occasion not draining properly . the tech ordered parts. after the parts arrived the tech returned and attempted to complete the repair. not only did he not repair the machine but did so much damage that now the machine is unusable. he ordered more parts which we are still waiting for. this has been going on now for 2 weeks. i am very disappointed with the sears protection plan.
