Horrible Experience

The service provider did a great job installing the item. The issue was the time it took to get the repair completed. My refrigerator went bad Dec 31, 2024. It didn't get repaired until Mar 3, 2025. When the part first arrived it was broken and in worse shape than the one that was installed. It had to be reordered. I had my appointment rescheduled no less than 6 times. Never until the day of the appointment so I had already taken off work to wait at home from 8-5 for the repairman. That was 5 days of leave wasted!

Machine is still broken and overflowing

Door the oven was not properly fixed

Well the window to the oven door was replaced the door was not assembled correctly and now does not close appropriately.

Quick curtious service

I had two techs work on my dryer. One came out to diagnose the problem and one came out to complete the repair after parts were ordered and delivered. I would definitely refer this repair service to friends and family.

Ice machine free standing

Rhyen is excellent!!Jake is excellent Sears warranty service is a failure!! I started in August 2024 with warranty service visits. I am now in February 2025 and my ice machine is still not fixed and the tech told me and Sears. They have replaced everything in the machine and it will not work. It needs to be replaced! How many visits does it take for you to understand that. Then I can not reach a manager by phone or anyone who will not put me off. I tired of this I want my ice machine replaced!! Connie Maus

The service technician showed up when it was an inconvenient time for me. I had a scheduled appointment from 2:18 to 2:48 PM. The service technician was unable to resolve the problem. Advise to reschedule if leaks again.

Not good

I had a very hard time understanding him. He banged around on my brand new unit. Finally started taking it apart, struggled with that. Said he needed someone to help him. I called a friend to come out and help your service tech. Ridiculous. My friend discovered the problem.

Terrible. Shut off my gas

I just confirmed he had no right as a service tech to shut my furnace off. Certified technicians worked on it Friday and did not detect co2. I called them after tech left, they verified he had no authority to do that especially in an occupied home. They have serviced Pulse units for 37 years and if they felt there was an issue they would have red tagged it and shut it down. I still have no remedy, for a person to walk in and right from the start say "I already know what's wrong with it", and not tools to pressure test it or do anything was a complete waste of time and now shut the gas off to my furnace in my occupied home. Well that's putting me and my family in danger and based on what? Nothing, no testing or dismantling any part of the unit.

First experience experiences I've ever had

Not call ahead did not wait literally drove around the corner from my home and certified that he had been here and closed the account. In order for me to even get him back I cannot even talk to a human being. I had to go through all the electronics to Resubmit for new service technician and it's a whole week away. Best thing you can do is stay as far away from this company as possible. I know I sound like a sour apple, but to do with the service man just did fall under the worst experience I've ever had with a Service company.

Refrigerator still not working

Last week i had a repairman here to fix a cooling issue with my kenmore refrigerator. It worked for an hour or so and now the same problem. The part evaporator fan needs to be replaced. Please contact me.
