Good technician, poor service window's, poor clean up
Good, pretty knowledgeable technician. Had to come back to our house 3x to fix a dented door. First door was damaged straight from the factory. Second door was in installable condition & installed, but unfortunately had faulty components inside straight from the factory & the water dispenser didn't work so he had to order parts & come back a 3rd time a week later. Luckily he was knowledge as what the issue was & ordered the right parts & had us back up & running after the 3rd visit. I gave a 2 star rating for a few reasons: 1. He didn't take off or cover his shoes during his visit & since it was in the middle of winter, he brought in slop & dirt into our home leaving a mess on our floors that he didn't offer to clean up when he left on any of the visits. 2. The last 2 visits he dropped ice cubes on the foor & never bothered to clean up so we had random puddles on the floor. He also left water that leaked from the fridge on the floor that he never cleaned up on 2 occasions 3. During all the visits there were faulty components & the were all left behind along with all the packaging. Not a big deal other than now I have 2 full size kitchen doors in my garage that I'm left to dispose of on my own & my cost. When I asked if he would take them he stared that I could dispose of them & the packaging. The 3rd visit he also kefy all the packaging & garbage behind leaving me to take care of it. 4. During the testing of his repairs, he grabbed whatever was convenient nearby to put water into w/o asking permission when I was literally in the same area as him. 5. The service window provided SUCKS! Given a time window of 8-5 which requires one to take off a full day for a 1 hr appointment.

Disappointed
My initial appointment was on December 28, 2023, parts are ordered and came the following week. I was rescheduled 4 times for my repair by Sears and the technician. Once the technician finally came to repair my appliance on January 24, 2024, he was defensive once I questioned the repeated rescheduling of my repair, then he didn't fix the problem adequately as he had to call a supervisor once here as he cause another issue once taking the appliance apart. The supervisor suggested how he could fix the problem, the appliance did work before he left, but, the very next day, it was broken again and was doing the same thing it was before he left and what made him to call the supervisor in the first place. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this experience with Sears. Very disappointed!

Never fixed
Tech did put used parts in the other day and now the door is falling apart. Called and requested another repair.

At least he fixed our washer
His arrival time was at 2:30, moved to 4:30, then didn't arrive until 5. I know he got lost & we tried helping him find our house but had an attitude over the phone. Fussed at my wife for not having signal, when that factor was out of her control. When he arrived, he had a nasty attitude. He did get the job done, we just hate the way we were treated. I understand having a bad day but our overall experience was terrible.

Refrigerator inspection
The guy who can't follow directions argues with us, I hired him for work but he talking to my tenant and giving them the info which he should not do but he said that's his job. His job is to report to the landlord but not tenat and he can't understand that

What? Done? Are you sure?
Bruno came to my house and installed a new water inlet valve in my Kenmore refrigerator. The ice maker wasn't working because it wasn't getting any water. He installed the part and said he was done. It was obvious that no water was going to the ice maker and when I asked him why that was, he said, "The machine has to call for the water." and there was nothing further to be done. He said the ice maker would eventually fill with water and operate. Well, it's been three hours since Bruno left, but the machine has yet to "call for water." Now what? This was my 10th time having someone come back to fix this. It seems the technicians are focused on coming/doing the task assigned/leaving and not actually solving the problem. The machine us under a Sears Home Service contract, but I have no confidence that they can fix this.

Unresolved
While one part was changed, she tried to leave while my machine was frozen and clearly not working. She came back in to view it and is assuming it is the pump not draining but it clearly drained. You could hear it drain and there was no water in the drum. The machine is still freezing in between cycles and is not working.

Bosch Microwave/Oven wall unit
Microwave was the problem. When tech left microwave had power. My wife tried and said door wont open completely. I later tried and door was too tight, hitting cabinet. I then realized that the door was bent and doesn't seal anymore- new problem. Then I realized the clock was not working anymore and Microwave was dead again. Didn't even get to try it. We had 3 different tech on 4 visits ( 5 visits if you count a no show), 3 shipments of parts. This is the 2nd of this Bosch product- first had Microwave problem and unit replaced at no cost. First unit handled through Best Buy-Geek Squad. This unit is 3 years old. I'm done with Bosch and unit will be replaced at my cost. Don't bother trying to fix. I'm disappointed. Unit should have been fixable, but now has a physical problem with obvious unsealing/bent door as well as dead Microwave!

Need to fix my washer
You did replace pump that was ordered but as soon as you left the machine was back to original problem. It's not putting water in machine and back to E11 code it just won't work
