Dehumidifier Repair
Repairs not completed. The technician had difficulty using his technology to determine how repairs were to be done. We are still without a working dehumidifier.

A/C heat pump
I am not sure why I had to pay for this "service call" when the technician did NOTHING. The fact that some weeds had grown up by the units during the summer is not a hindrance for service. He did not even attempt to walk behind the bushes, in or through the flower bed to get to the a/c units. As far as the heat pump goes, which is what he came to fix was not even examined. I was never asked for its location. Yes, it is in the attic. He asked me for a ladder after I told him the location and looked up there but never went up into the attic. The thermostat on the wall say "no a/c power". The technician said the heat pump unit was where to start but didn't even get that far. Again, please explain or confirm why I had to pay for this. He didn't fix it
First, your scheduling process stinks. A window of 8:00 to 5:00, really ? Second, he didn't fix it. Still not drying, after WEEKS of waiting. Totally NOT satisfied.

11 hour window is UNACCEPTABLE!!
I was obviously the last customer of the day even though it showed that the technician would get to my house at 1:32, showing from 7:00am to 11:30am. Then it went to 1:48, 3:21, 4:48, 5:31, 5:48, 6:34, 6:38. I have already gone through wasting hours and days on your company waiting all day, leaving work and losing time only to go home and wait, wait, wait until I had to cancel. I waited for a part that I was told would receive in 2 days and it took 7 days, then more time rescheduling, only to have part replaced, coils cleaned (extra cost). 1 to 2 weeks later, the same thing is happening with freezer going to cold and causing items to over freeze, refrigerator not cold enough then water stops coming out but ice maker still making ice. What the heck did I waste ALL of that time for as well as hundreds of $$ in frozen meats and seafood!! Does anyone even care?? No!!! Because a customer can't even contact a LIVE human being!!

He left without even making sure it worked properly
Dale was a nice enough person, but now our fridge still can't make ice becauee he didn't install the new door correctly and instead it sprays water on the kitchen floor. Additionally, we have no way to contact him to get this fixed. So now we can't make ice AND we can't use the water feature in our new door that he installed. We had already waited almost 3 months for this appt because it kept being rescheduled in the middle of the day on the day someone was supposed to show up. I'm pretty angry and don't know where to file a complaint

Smaller oven not calibrated to correct temperture
So far the big oven has not turned on by itself but the smaller oven temp is still off by 50 degrees.

Repair of Sears Elitr refrigerator

Waste of my time
He came out, did not listen to our explanation of issues, said nothing was wrong and left. I started a load of clothes, same issue, when the machine gets to 40minutrs, drum cannot turn.

Refrigerator repair
As soon as the repairman came into the house, he ahead an attitude. He said he couldn't use the part sent to us because it was not sitting correctly. My husband told him he is the 9th person to come here and to unfix the refrigerator. He replaced the parts and said the fridge would get to the correct temperature in 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and the fridge is at 52 degrees. It still is not working correctly.

Don't Used Sears- Consumer Beware
I assumed they just used Sears tech., but they don't! Sears will send ANY subs. to your home, good or bad! I had used them before and the tech. was clothed in a Sears uniform, so I hired them again to fix my dryer. We have two separate Home Warranty Companies that will pay the entire BILL! A simple matter has evolved into a legal matter. My husband called me (on speaker) after he inspected our dryer, I informed him "THEN" what he needed for our H.W.C. to pay that bill. When he emailed us, "Deliberately left out that info." Why, he "Wanted To Make Some Money Right Then From Us"!
