Poor service

Tyler H deserves no stars. He was very rude. Implied I didn't know what I was talking about. Proceeded to take refrigerator door apart, broke a piece off, told me that was the only way the door can be fixed is by him scratching the door, which he did. I told him I don't want it scratched and told him to stop and leave.

He didn't fix anything. Said don't use eco dry but eco dry doesn't work on time dry. He didn't solve anything. Spent 10 minutes to do nothing.

Both last year and today Sears came out to fix our AC and it worked…..briefly. 30 minutes later, nothing, it stopped working so we again have to wait another week for them to come fix what they didn't the first time.

Terrible

Very unhappy and disappointed. Darryl did not fix our gas range! He left telling me I needed to check and see if we had gas- which we did before it went out. I had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get someone back out (not able to use stove at all during this time) and it was actually because Darryl didn't properly plug in one portion of our new control panel- easy fix. I would never use him again.

What a joke

He didn't do any service . Not a tool or a ladder taken out of his van. He stated that he refuse to do service because they were under staff. He even told me why they build two story homes in wegas. Thanks to your service tech ALEX I filed a complaint with my home insurance, choice home warranty AND BARRED SEARS HOME SERVICE FROM EVER ENTERING MY PROPERTY.

Very Disrespectful

This man was very disrespectful did not even listen or try to understand what I was trying to tell him what the issue was with the washer. He did not even really look to make sure there was any issues. All he kept doing was telling me there's nothing wrong because there's no error code on the front screen. I did explain to him that the issue doesn't happen every single time but it has been happening more often. He assumed that I was lying about the issues with my washer. Then telling me that he is done this 30+ years and he knows and that people tell him stuff all the time that are not true. He assumed that I was lying about the issue. I have no reason to lie about what is going on with my washer. All I want is for my washer to work correctly all the time not only sometimes. I have had other technicians come to my house and fix other issues with my washer that eventually ended up getting fixed not once have I ever been treated that way. All I want is for somebody to truly look at my washer and not accuse me of lying. I had to schedule another appointment to get my washer looked at. If I was able to I would write him a zero because how disrespectful he was.

I still have a dishwasher that does not run a complete cycle

Rinse Aide is not going to solve the problem that my dishwasher does not run a complete cycle. It stops before the cycle is completed. Rinse Aid is not going to dry all the water out of the dishwasher when the cycle does not complete. I do NOT want a dishwasher that does not work properly! He did not solve my problem
