Extremely disappointed
Actually I signed nothing. Amir told me he was going to his truck to write a report and he left. He told me the compressor was overcharged and probably damaged the compressor valves and that could be the reason it is not cooling below 86 or 87 during the day and he only measured a 10 to 12 degree difference between the return and the vent. He got a constant 68 to 70 degrees reading on the vent and 10 to 12 degree more return temp. It's never met the 20 degree requirement. It's still in the mid 80s in my house. The Ac is still not working properly and Amir put nothing in his report about the damage to the compressor valves. That's fraud and I contacted 9 on your side TV to investigate.

Dishwasher still leaks
Dishwasher still leaks right after he left and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to get him turned around.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
Technician was not able to solve the problem. Fridge makes like a grinding sound, but not all the time. Of course the fridge did not make the noise when he was here. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I don't know what the purpose of me having a warranty if this is the answer I get. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

No service was performed
Technician was not knowledgeable enough to diagnose what's causing leak in front of washing machine door. He actually told me the residual soap in the the machine was probably causing it!! Then when I didn't believe that nonsense, he said it was the machine rim and he actually tried to bend outward with a pillars. What a bad experience this was and a waste of time. I'm only giving 1 star so that I can submit the survey.

Dishwasher
Ronald installed the components quickly but he apparently cut himself during the process and left blood on the component boxes that he left for me to throw out. Thankfully I noticed the blood before I grabbed the box and items.

the technician asked for money and i am covered by sears
he asked for money and i am covered by my sears warranty. and stayed in my kitchen beyond the time i had wanted him to. I am a senior citizen and was made to feel uncomfortable.

Dishwasher not repaired
Chris was very nice but did not fix my dishwasher. It started with a roar and leaking water in the floor. After turning it on It still makes a loud roar that was not there before. He blamed the float, but it roared before I removed the float to clean it. He said they "couldn't be bothered by sounds" WHAT! Sounds are what tells you there is a problem. There is still a huge problem.
