Under SEARS warranty - not completed
AHS - home warranty provider assigned A&E to fix our under warranty fridge. Upon arrival, this tech advised the warranty seal had already been broken from a previous repair ( the one that A&E did in 3/2020) and the other company must complete the repair. He left without completing ANY repairs even though my wife showed him where his company was the one who did in 2020. AHS reassigned A&E to return the same day and actually complete the repairs under SEARS warranty, he did not and closed the ticket as REPAIRED. Terrible service, now I know why they went bankrupt.

Worst ever there was not a zero rating
I was scheduled for repair of my gas range. My oven doesn't work and I was advised that maybe the electronic board would be replaced. Technician was a no call, no show. I spent 8 hours of my time, all day waiting for the technician to show up. My time was disregarded, customer service etiquette is to at least call and inform the customer of the status. The worst service I have ever experienced.

frigderator repair
called in june for repair ,set appt for 7-6 .grilfriend took day off of work with no pay.no show .bought new one to keep food , called again .told the responent it was in the garage didnt fix it !!! tell me why anyone would have you?

Samsung fridge
Had a horrible experience. Showed the tech pictures of the fridge being at 45 degrees and a video of the fridge making a horrible noise. Said he couldn't do anything because it was a Samsung fridge and seemed to be working right now. Has been a week and the fridge stopped working and lost a whole fridge of food

poor repair
the tech did want to replace a power supply that had been taped back together. there is a hole in the control panel cover that is letting rain into the controller. he says it is not covered. i have had a contract on this water softner since 2014 . the keypad has been replaced under contract before. i do not understand why not. your tech was in and out of here in 10 minutes. last visit he did not even say he was leaving. he just left. NO COMMUNICATIONS! do not send him here ever again other techs have always took the time to explain what is being done. my household has not been able to use the water for over 3 weeks.

Worse experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. The 1st day he did not arrive within the window time kept getting pushed back again and again. When finally showed the following day after pushing the time back again he seemed uninterested in doing any of the work. Said I can purchase my thermostat for cheaper because the store he needed to go tho was closed, only to find out I was not able to purchase it cheaper. He said he'd be back Monday I called him on Monday told him to get the thermostat before he came back, again never showed then pushed my appt back until Friday. When he arrives on Friday he does not have the thermostat says he has to call for approval. Calls his manager Lee who says no I as the customer has to get it because the thermostat is to expensive. Me and granddaughter ask to speak to Lee while the technician is on the phone. The tech acts like he doesn't want us to touch his phone we said he can leave it on speaker Lee then proceeds to hang up the phone when he heard us ask to speak to the manager. I'm then wondering what exactly he thought he was coming out to do today, I ask him and he says I don't know. I went over 2 weeks without one of those during the heat wave only to still not have it fixed and now have to contact another company. I do not recommend, from the customer service team on the phone to the technicians to the management. Super unprofessional

No service was ever done.
Technician didn't work on it. Not even worth one star. After four weeks of cancellations, I hired someone else to fix my range. It took two men to do it. A female, by herself, would never have been able to. I have never had such horrible service in my life. A month of cancellations with ridiculous excuses, no live person to talk to. It was discovered that your previous technician, who "fixed" the same problem two years ago, cut the wires and caped only two, leaving bare wires exposed and frayed rather than do it properly and pull the range from the wall. He was apparently lazy and couldn't be bothered. Guess were lucky we didn't blow up. I will NEVER recommend your company for any services whatsoever. I won't even bother to use the remainder of my extended warranty. You're an awful company.

Disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the technician that came to my house today. I do not feel that he acknowledged my concerns and was not attentive. He lacked empathy towards the matter.
