Couldn't Explain the problem to me

Had a house call for our GE Monogram refrigerator. It is less than 5 years old. He couldn't explain what was wrong and gave me a bill for almost $1,000. He kept repeating that there is a 8 hour cycle and GE recommends several things be replaced. I asked what was the actual problem why was it making noise and he kept saying it's an 8 hour cycle. I asked why the valve needs replacing and he said GE recommends. I asked if it was broken and he didn't have a response. We paid the diagnostic fee and decided to call GE to come and tell us what is wrong. Especially since this guy did not seem too familiar with high end appliance.

Absolutely horrible service

Did not fix my dryer. The first person that came out was apparently supposed to fix the dryer but fixed the washing machine. A man came out today to fix the dryer or at least I thought but turns out he only has a ticket for the washing machine which is fixed. He turned on the dryer and said there is definitely something wrong with it but he can not fix it because his ticket states to fix a washing machine. This is the third time someone has came out now I have to try and get someone to come out for the 4th time. To top it off you can't even talk to an actual person it's an automated machine.

Repairman was on time, knew his stuff. Ice maker was frozen up. He got that fixed but said he couldn't test further. It still does not work. Please advise.

Rude and Clumsy

My experience could have been better seeing as though it was my first time receiving service from this company. The technician got smartmouthy with me on the phone after I stated nobody told me about taxes being added to the diagnostic fee before arriving to my house; it doesn't state that on the appointment confirmation. He fell going down the stairs (from the second stair off the floor) off nothing and I caught his head; he got an attitude when he saw there was nothing to had slipped on, and then almost fell going back up the stairs while waiting for me to open the door for him to leave.

HE CALLED AT 3 PM AND TOLD ME THAT THE TECH WHICH CAME TO MY HOUSE ON FRIDAY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HIM ABOUT MY REFRIGERATOR COMPRESSOR MOTOR NOT WORKING I TOLD HIM WHAT COLLIN SAID AND HE THEN TOLD ME SINCE THE LG COMPRESSOR WAS UNDER WARRANTY THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET THE COMPRESSOR FROM LG MY CHOICE WARRANTY WAS TO TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIR NOT ME REAL BAD WHEN YOU HAVE NO REFRIG FOR 5 DAYS AND THEN FIND THIS OUT??

Technician never came to house. Forged my signature

The technician never came to my house but forged my signature on a work order, billed my home warranty, and lied about being here. Marking the claim completed instead of no show or cancelled. I am reporting this fraud to the DC Attorney General's office and to the Better Business Bureau.

dryer repair for burnt runner smell

tech said dryer was fine (I was going to dry some clothes and decided to test it like he did) with the door open I started the dryer and flames flared from behind the drum) freaked me out totally unsatisfied

Refrigerator

Our refrigerator stopped cooling while still running. We had to through out all of our food. We unplugged it several times, but to no avail. We unplugged it and moved it to our renovated kitchen space and it started cooling again. Unreliable at best. The service tech came in and said it is running and checked the temperature and said he could not do anything because it is running. We didn't get any generated analysis report, he didn't pull it out from its spot, or check the back. He just said there was nothing he could do because it it running fine. I'm now waiting until it fails again, but won't be calling for your services.
