Seemed nice but no solution after three weeks
He said he would send pics to home warranty that day. Two weeks later and home warranty still waiting for your techs findings. He said he could not read a model number but he would let company know. Three weeks with no stove. Thank you for ur lack of i tweet in helping us !!!!

Ac issue - not fixed, show up without apt
The AC is not working. The guys showed up without appointment. I am at a loss and just signed up for sears. I used to have sears appliance service years ago and took pride. How can you help me ? Request your team to schedule my AC issue replaced identified and fixed. My Number 5613899650. Appreciate and hoping you can turn around the Cust experience.

Unhelpful
Even though the unit was removed, which the tech would have had to do to repair the unit, he refused to reinstall and level. In the future send a tech that does not have a bad back. I'm 72 and had to finish reinstalling the unit. Not happy with service. He was a little curt.

Air conditioner repair
Was not equipped/ trained /qualified to repair my air conditioner, after waiting 20 days for air services during the HOTTEST DAYS of the year I'm mortified with u're repair service. Never Again !!!

Clothes Dryer taking 2 hrs to dry the clothes
Enrique came to my house on the first appointment and did not ring the door bell but send a email that nobody was home. I have a camera and saw him across the street in his van then drive away. That is very unacceptable and he also took a picture of my house to show that he was here. He came back but did not fix the problem stating its duct work for my clothes dryer and he doesn't do that. I paid my deductible but didn't get the problem solve.

Repair washer
He didn't seem knowledgeable, was rude, unable to explain options . He did not put washer back together as he found it, he should have put my washer hose back on as he found it, even though he didn't repair it.

Wasted Service Fee
Brent was nice but provided absolutely no solution to our icemaker making ice slowly, not even thawing the part that was freezing over to get a good look at what was going on. I was so stunned that he didn't at least try to order a part to or anything. He stated he didn't believe the previous service provider actually changed out the icemaker as stated nor did he make the effort to do so himself. Brent said the icemaker was not the reason the icemaker is starting to freeze over but made no attempts at solving the problem. I personally feel like I wasted a service fee for someone who had no clue on how to fix it. I am very displeased.

the freezer wasnt working now the whole fridge isnt working
left without verifying that the repair was done, technician's work was "Defrosted evap and drain all ops proper"

Now my system isn't working.
Very pleasant. System was working but after service it isn't. Now I have to wait for 2 1/2 weeks for a return call. Wouldn't recommend.
