Disappointing experience; will need to come back
The fridge guy left a mess-installed the new door crooked and the old door for me to handle. Says it's a factory door and that's the best he could do. He literally ran out the door after payment and left. Very aggravating

Freezer still not dispensing ice
I had a technician come out to fix my freezer because it has not been making ice. He said give it 24 hours and still not working.

Alex is a liar !! He has never come to my home!
I have had 5 or more appointments and alex is always " no show" ! I ask for alternate repair man and they keep sending alex. Must be only repair man. I ask for alternative repair authorization and they sent because alex is available!! I am happy if alex come but he doesn't come ! I pay for warranty and you abuse my famil By making us wait many days and by stealing my money!!

Awful
Jim came out on June 9 to repair the dishwasher. Our dishwasher is built in so he took it apart to pull it out. Said it needed parts. August 15 he installed the parts but refused to put the dishwasher back the way it was left from June 9. Its not installed right. I set up another appointment asking that they do not send Jim again. Well they did and when he called to confirm he said he wouldn't fix it.

Felt like I was a bother
When he called I am assuming to confirm appointment he stated "Hello you're having problems with your fridge and what's wrong?" I said "yes it is not cooling" he then said "okay I will head that way" sounds annoyed and just hung up when I said "thank you goodbye." Once here he took one look and left us without a diagnosis stating we are under warranty. I am now doing all the warranty calling which to find out I'm not under warranty so I waited 6 days for this appointment without a fridge for a rude technician to walk in my house and leave me with no more information than what I already had the day my fridge went out! Very unprofessional!

Not happy at all the last entry said the technician wouls be there at around 4:06 pm. Did not show up till 5:30pm.

Rude, and tried to overcharge.
The gentleman who showed up was exceptionally rude, and tried charging more than double what the repair should cost. Immediately called another company and have the problem being fixed for less than half the cost that was quoted. Avoid using at all costs!

Poor Service
The technician scratched the front screen on our range. I asked him if he used anything to protect the front screen when he removed it to repair the issue. He said no. He set it on top of the burners. He then said "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Then, he tried to change his story and said that he did use a paper towel to protect it. Again, he said, "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Very poor attitude and service. I do not want this technician servicing our appliances in the future. Also, I would like our front screen to be replaced.

Work Incomplete/Insufficient
He replaced the ice maker, but didn't use the right attachment on the back so the water was going down into the freezer and freezing everything to the shelves instead of into the ice maker. He also left the parts taken out in the sink and didn't clean up after himself. There was also an issue with the refrigerator door that he never even did anything with and is still an issue.
