Not willing to discuss problem. Kept repeating don't worry. Anxious to leave. Did no work Would not recommend this technicians

Fridge still doesn't work
He didn't even plug the fridge in and make sure it was still working before he left. He said I had to wait an hour to plug it in. The fan isn't coming on. He should have checked that it was working before he left. He didn't even know what he was supposed to be there to do.

Fridge
He did not take enough time and said that it was a plumber's problem, since to see the damage he just had to open the water tap that goes to the refrigerator, anyone without the need to be a technician knows this!!!

Worst service ever
Never kept us updated Couldn't even send pictures to our warranty company so they could process the claim Called multiple times but never responded by sending pictures Warranty company had to reassign our job to another company Three weeks with no AC in August in Las Vegas My rating -10 stars How do you stay in business???

Failed Service Call
We have bee. waiting for 3 weeks to have this appointment and the Guy never showed up. I had myv22 year old here all day and no one knocked or rang the bell But He sent a bill to American Homeshield.

Waste of my time.
His presence was not terrific. Not to mention I still have the same issue. When I was telling him what the issue was, he didn't quite get it. I told him that the temperature thermostat would freeze often more in the morning then during the day when it was rather warm. Again this morning, it did not come on, his recommendation was to turn off the Wi-Fi app. I paid extra for that so it should not be the reason why it's not working. I could actually take a video and show you again today when I hit the button it said it was 64° the room temperature in the room which it was not but once hitting the button you started seeing the temperature go up and then went up to 75. The turn on temperature is 69. But that's what I try to explain to him the room temperature often sleeps, and you have to re-initiate or wake it up , and he had no understanding of what I was talking about. I would not recommend a GE product nor this contract to anyone.

Great job on the repair so far.
Today he was not very friendly must been having a bad day, and then to top it all off left a big black grease stains on my carpet. Instead of cleaning it up himself he said we could get grease remover and do it ourselves. Great job on the repair so far.

Never showed up
Bobby never came. This is the 2nd time he's just not shown up. So unprofessional. Horrible service.

Blamed electrical and left
Arrived to fix dryer that would power on, but would shut off immediately when you start any cycle. Tech called me to tell me that the voltage is good at the outlet and through the dryer cord, but voltage drops when you start a cycle. Tech stated that it is an electrical issue, but could not articulate how it is not an issue with the dryer itself. I have checked and changed the breaker and the outlet, but the issue remains when you attempt to run the dryer. Waste of money having these people come out.
