I was charged even when product was under sears warranty. He charged me unnecessarily the clean and maintain fee and labor cost as well. No parts were replaced.

Fridge wrongly diagnosed

I am very unhappy with service I received today from technician during my repair appt. I was giving a wrong estimate and told my compressor was no longer warranty. After I called Sears again they told me it was warranty and they send another technician that explain that my estimate was wrong to start with because I was missing parts on estimate in order to replace compressor. When new technician looked at my fridge , he was able to tell the first tech didn't do everything he was supposed to in order to diagnose and didn't put back in place some parts correctly on the compressor. He was a nice guy but the job wasn't done properly and it's not acceptable that I could have agree to a repair with wrong diagnosis, wrong price and missing parts and pay for a compressor that was still warranty. I lost my all day having to have 2 technicians in the same day trying to diagnose to repair my fridge. Very disappointed with service.

Washer not fixed!

Technician was nice but my washer is doing the exact same thing it was doing 2 months ago when this process started! This process has been utterly painful to say the least!

Refrigerator

He fixed the refrigerator after 3 house calls, but A&E is not timely on an essential item the refrigerator. A&Ewas extremely slow getting first appt scheduled and then 2nd appointment weeks later. Took several week to come out and evaluate. Then ordered part and came back 3 weeks later but next day still did not cool and took another two weeks to send someone back to make repairs. I came home from 7/4/23 vacation to spoiled food and did not get a fixed refrigerator until 8/23. I find this time line to be unacceptable. By time done repairs exceeded cost of a new refrigerator and they could have made this call first visit had they diagnosed the cost and labor of the 6 parts that had to be replaced. Knowing how critical a refrigerator is to a home I was extremely unhappy at how long I had to be without refrigeration. Most people I spoke with said you should have been provided a new refrigerator based on them not sending someone to fix sooner Lorraine

Awful

Everything Joe did was helpful, but that is where the positive experience ended! We have been without an oven since the springtime. My contract says that you have 22 days to either fix or replace my unit, not! Will this same stuff happen with my other appliances? I, and a representative from my NYS Senators office were on the phone with your company 2 times in the last month to no avail??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Service/Maintenance on Refrigerator

Jairus and (1st time meeting Richard) were the servicemen during this visit. Both were very professional and courteous. We were advised to wait 6 to 24 hours before seeing any positive results. It's been 24 hours and our REFRIGERATOR continues to register between 60 -70 degrees. How many service calls and parts does it take for SEARS to see that this refrigerator is not going to operate efficiently/effectively. We want a new unit.

Refrigerator

Im not Happy he came twice and in the first visit he never did a good evaluation because in the first visit he spend five minutes and his diagnostic was the fan and not working. Today he spends 5 min and know the fans are working but not the compressor. I been waiting first 13 days for the first visit, then a wk for the part and know I have to wait another week for the other part. I been waiting 21 days and the problem is not resolve. I already report the issue to American home shield. Waiting for next week to see the results. Im really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service

Omar's skills questionable

Omar really didn't seem to know what he was doing said the only reason for Zane to replace the capacitor is because how expensive the one he put in was. That to me made no sense
