The technician never showed up and this is the 4th time no one has came to fix my washer. If the services are not going to be provided then you shouldn't charge for a service pkan

Worse service ever
If i can give him 0 i will. Worse service ever, he went upstairs to check the filters and off the ac. Then, he quickly checked the system outside for less than 2 minutes, and told me that he want to make a call. Basically he cannot do the job. It feels he is not professional repair man. He didn't even put it on the AC back upstairs after he off it. The way he talked ,it feels he don't care if do the job good.

Overpriced parts

Horrible manners and communication skills

Freezer temperature too high, not resolved!!!!!
As I start writing this review I opened the refrigerator requiring service, the temperature shows 23 degrees for freezer and 42 degrees for fridge. You can absolutely improve your repair servicing by assigning skilled repair technicians to your customers. Norberto told me that he reset the freezer temperature to zero degrees but never ever got to zero when he reset on August 11 and today August 14 he told me it's normal for temperatures to rise. But it's not normal for freezer to go up to double digit degrees which reads 23 degrees. He didn't examine the top compartment that house the compressor, inverter, evaporator, he just listened!!! Our call for service was not resolved being temperature of freezer is too high!!!!! Zero star if I could !!!!!

Attitude
Before he was able to introduce himself he had an attitude. I politely asked if he would need to get in the house. I've never experienced anyone coming to fix the air he told me how else was he going to fix it. Now established he need to get in the house as well as the central air unit. The attitude continued into my home by telling me I should've been home at my last appointment this could've been fixed. His return the the basement talking out loud to himself disrespectful. Glad he didn't return for the actual repair work.

Said he could not move diswasher
Top rack only needed repair. Not sure why he had to say why dishwasher required moving for a rack. Did not fix the rack

Ice Maker
Total 6 call outs to fix the ice maker. wrong parts, now he going to order more parts. Just keep throwing parts at it. May get it fixed yet.

Refrigerator
Our repairman was courteous and he worked hard to find and repair the problem. However, It took many weeks before a repairman could come. He installed a repair...the refrigerator is still leaking water inside! Now we must wait a few more weeks before a supervisor will come out and say, "yes, you need a new refrigerator." At this pace, how long will it be before we get a new refrigerator!! We have had a maintenance agreement for a LONG time.

No one came to fix my unit
No one fixed my washer or dryer so i have to give a one star as it obviously was marked as they fixed it.
