AVOID Edwin C; Useless; ZERO Stars
Performed basics checks only then said his checks did not identify an issue so there is nothing wrong (even though the A/C was still not cooling) and we should live with it as is. He also mentioned we should have had the A/C turned on for the whole 8 days we were waiting for the appointment so that he could see for himself that it wasn't cooling. I asked if there were any other checks he could do. He said no and walked out of the house back to the truck. He also falsified a signature on some documentation that he was supposed to get me to sign but did not because he was so concerned about about leaving as quickly as he could. Useless.

Not fixing the washer properly the first time.
He was rude to me and my daughter when he came to fix the machine few times.

Diagnose wrong
The house has two AC units on the ground next to each other, the first AC unit for downstairs and the second unit for upstairs. The technician diagnosed the wrong AC with the wrong thermostat. (meaning the downstairs thermostat turned on and the tech checked the upstairs AC unit and diagnosed there was no power running) Tech should come back to rediagnose the same AC unit again with the right thermostat and right AC. Tech should come back to the house ASAP.

No show
The first appt in April to diagnose the problem went well. A&E however was not aware they needed to coordinate ordering the parts with Leaf warranty and several weeks went by with much confusion. Once the parts finally arrived the technician was only able the install one part but now more parts were needed. After ordering the new parts myself, I rescheduled the service appt with much difficulty because there is no way to schedule online or by phone directly with A&E. The technician this time went to the wrong building and left without calling. I rescheduled again , confirmed the appointment and the technician today did not show. I got this request to review his services though. What can I say... Five months and still not repaired. Though not all delays were your fault, your scheduling and confirmation system and your coordination with the contracting company was absolutely atrocious.

Washer repair
The whole experience with Sears Home Service has been very disappointing. Communication from your company has not been timely, efficient, or effective. If you check your records you will see the request for service was made days ago. You will also see that you tech has been out twice ordered the wrong part and has not completed the repair. Parts need to be ordered and another visit needs to be scheduled. I have NO information anout what you plan to do next. The tech informed my renter that the unit needed to be moved out of the location where it is typically located. Now we have been told it did not need to be moved. Your electronic communication system is cumbersome and ineffective. You have inconvenienced us and our tenants.

Refrigerator repair
I was not happy with the service. I feel the work I had done did not match up with the price. The technition was nice but unprepaired. I had to give him tools to use plus he didn't have equipment to finish the job

polite technician but problem not resolved
The issue has been going on since Nov 2022. Dryer has to run 3 times to dry clothes at 70 min. no other dryers settings dry clothes. The exhaust vent has been changed but the technician still keeps stating it's the vent. It seems they are not interested in fixing the problem.

Absolutely terrible experience with Jesus
Jesus called us when he arrived, and couldn't enter the condo premises so he left. When we called him back immediately he didn't answer. We had to call him 3 more times to get a hold of him to let him know we need to buzz him into the building. The time he was here, he acted like he didn't want to do the job. When our landlord got on the phone with he was very rude and when we wanted to ask clarifications for the fee being waived if we used him to do the actual repair, he said yes but that I need to pay him. So I paid and confirmed we would like to move forward. Minutes after he leaves our premise he says we rejected the estimate. Then I get another email 30 minutes later saying we have an appointment scheduled for a repair at a time that I did not choose. Then 1 hour later I just got an email saying the repair has been cancelled. I don't understand what he is doing but he's terrible at bedside mannerism and didn't seem to want to do this job today. He also didn't do a great job with communication of what the issue actually was. I would not recommend him at all.
