Horrible
I could have done better than he did. I had to ask him if he was looking at the unit as a whole. If I hadn't (even then I checked more efficiently) than he did. All he said was keep an eye on it and wasn't even going to check the back. When he did check the back he didn't even vacuum the filter. So disappointed.

Sears Home Service Communications
I had 3 appointments over 10 days. One was cancelled with no warning, communication, explanation or apologies. The other two had horrible communication around estimated arrival time. 3-4 hours late vs what website was showing. I'm at work and was terribly inconvenienced, especially on the 3rd appointment when I didn't even receive a call that the technician was on his way or arrived. I'll never use Sears Home Services again.

Repair service
Got a call at 4:30 pm , he told me he wouldn't make it today. He had the circuit board sent to my house , I received it. Microwave still working. He said he could replace it if it stops working. If it doesn't break , he will replace it next year. I'm fine with that. Not sitting at home anymore!

bad service
person comes in and says he doesn't know why he is there and in 10 minutes he says cant work on it. does not know about LG refrigerators

Failed to Complete Service
Russell was great on the initial assessment. However, not all of the parts for my appliance arrived to complete the repair. I relayed this to Russell multiple times over the course of over a month. He eventually began reading/viewing my messages but ignoring them. To this date, my repair remains incomplete but my repair order has been closed for quite some time.

Amana Washer - not repaired
Leon arrived well within the timeframe and he was quite polite. However, he readily, albeit pleasantly voiced disagreement with the initial screener/tech's assessment, stating he didn't agree and he took the parts that had been ordered with him when he left. Leon thought it was a faulty safety latch and replaced that unit; he ran what I thought was a spin cycle, which I observed, but that was all. He closed the ticket after finishing this - he was here about 50 minutes? After he left, I started a wash, moved the dial to Bulky Load and hit start. It immediately latched and then no water started. I waited thinking it would correct, and after a few minutes the Lock light went out and the Sensing light continued to blink. I called Leon from the number I had and shared this information, thinking perhaps the water was off. He confirmed he didn't touch the water and didn't understand why that happening, voicing he believed it was a faulty power board that needs to be replaced and that he wished he hadn't closed the ticket so soon. We have to contact A&E again tomorrow to report he thought the repair was completed, but it's not and schedule a new ticket.
