Truly dissatisfied. I paid a lot of money for my refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. After paying an observation fee for the technician to tell me this is only a temporary fix for around about 30 days, that the freezer will break again!!! And if I want to buy another replacement freezer that will cost me well over $600 or more…what? Fix my freezer!!! That is not fair that my entire refrigerator was extremely expensive to be broken in an instant. Now pay the piper for putting a bandage and not fixing! My problem! After googling, about this refrigerator/freezer at the bottom…this type online has been completely busted within a year or two. Don't buy this refrigerator. And if you do…u will suffer the consequences that I now have to endure. I will never ever have ice coming from my current refrigerator. Give me my money back and will go buy a proper new one without the drama.

I was told by my technician that I needed a new door to cover the icemaker in my refrigerator French door and he showed me the Party was ordering and when he left within 10 minutes I got an email from you and it said that you had denied the claim and I called Assurant and they said that the claim was denied because the technician said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the icemaker and they weren't gonna pay anything And they would I asked for a supervisor and they said a supervisor would call me back within three hours and I now have been waiting six and I have not heard from anyone and I intend to report them and you to the Better Business Bureau. Why pay insurance when you're not gonna get coverage I am not a happy customer

He "completed" the job on his end, didn't even show up to our home! Charged for the visit as well. Would give 0 stars if I could. Watch out for him!!

I really believe he didn't want to do the work and quoted me this ridiculous estimate where I can buy 2 refrigerator for that price and I was told I didn't have to pay for the diagnostic. And He didn't do too much of any attempt to resolve the issue and charge me

A total jerk

Came about a 15 year old microwave. He looked at the microwave. Never asked me anything about it. Went out it van and then insulted me and said he believed this 15 year old microwave had been abused and he would never let it look like that in his house. For the record:: the machine was dirty because we were afraid to do anything to it after the microwave had stopped working. But he took the chance to be rude, and left. He told me that he knows nothing about installation so he didn't know what would happen next.

Rude

The technician was rude when I called to see what time he would arrive. He told me to just trash my freezer before he arrived. Then told me before he even arrived that I need to call and reschedule or he can just come and take my money. When he arrived he didn't touch the freezer he shined his flashlight on the freezer and told me it can't be fixed gave me a phone to sign and left. He never plugged up the freezer or moved it or looked behind it. When I questioned him and asked him how is he diagnosing the deep freezer by looks and no physical inspection he was arguing with me. I immediately walked hun out and reported him to Sears. This is completely unacceptable to have me pay for a service that I didn't receive. He is a scammer and it's not a good look to rob innocent customers. You don't want the job don't show up simple.

Service was horrible

Jose had no personality which is not necessary to complete the job. However, he was cold and Kurt. He left a mess in my home that I had to clean up, and when he was asked to cover his shoes, he complied however, after giving my husband an attitude. Jose needs an attitude adjustment. He left a nasty taste in our mouth and he should definitely get some customer service training. I would definitely not appreciate if Sears sent Jose back to my home for any reason.

Service Personnel Failed to Show up mt my house

The service personnel (Collin) failed to show up at my house for the appointment. He came to my sub-division at 3 PM, (service time was 8 am - 5 pm), and when the security personnel asked him for his ID so they could scan him in for access, he refused. He called me to say he would not allow them to scan his card as it would invade his privacy. He then left and canceled my appointment, and when I called Sears to voice my concern, I was informed Collin stated that he could not gain access to the refrigerator as his reason for leaving. I am very disappointed in Sears as I took a day off from work for the service to be done and the tech did not show up to my house
