My washing machine is not working. Mark was here last Thursday claims the washing machine was fixed. It's not. Trying to figure out how to get him back here

Sears is a disappointment

My first appointment with Sears, I was stood up. My second appointment with Sears, I was stood up. There is no phone number to speak with a live person. They set a third appointment. I wanted to cancel it. The only way to cancel the appointment is to respond to their confirmation email. You have to select one of their 6 listed reasons for cancellation, there is no other option and of course, you can't call them. Their tech showed up for the third appointment. When I explained the situation he got rude and left. They scheduled a fourth appointment. I wasn't home. We will see if they keep rescheduling appointments. I have always liked Sears. They have now lost a customer for life.

Sears repair service

Sears technicians tried to repair, however, the parts never arrived as the first tech ordered them on 07/31/23 said it would arrive in 2 days. It is impossible to speak to a live person as chat does not work. In two words, "Sears sucks." After numerous failures 2 month old freezer was returned for a deferent brand. I see now why sears is going under. Any questions, call sears if you can.

There was no service provided by Vick. He called and told me he couldn't work on my oven because the home warranty work order said cooktop Instead of classic stove. Therefore no rating

Left machine leaking

Bad service

Came to my house and stood for long time and left with out fixing my dryer and now I have to wait for another week for another technician to come he let my wife sign the papers that he installed the part and then left

Just would not listen to anyone elses ideas

He insisted my problem was do to icing blocking airflow. He was told the refridgerator was unplugged for 24 hours and when plugged in the same problem existed. I asked if he could check the thermistor but he said " I say its not that so". So he steamed the freezer and 10 minutes after he left the alram went off again SO NOT ICING PROBLEM. When I went to put my shelf back in freezer which he did not do, I noticed a huge cut on the inside of my freezer. I went from where he pulled the back cover off to front and deep. I called and requested a supervisor and was told someone would call me back but I am still waiting. Did I say this was the 3rd time they came out for this issue.

Well, he was extremely nice and polite but it's a month now and we still don't have a refrigerator that works. Didn't say that it didn't work when he left he said don't put nothing in it but it's eight hours later and it's still 64°
