Appliance Repair
Tech was very rude. He didn't want me watching him. It was how he told me not to stand over him, which I wasn't. I was standing in my doorway between the kitchen and den. He couldn't get the icemaker door off. I said hard to get off huh! He said don't stand over me. I notice after he left my refrigerator was scratch where he was having problems with his tool. Is that why he didn't want me notching him? I don't ever want him at my house again!! He wasn't friendly at all. Usually techs make small conversations.

Cody did a good job...
Cody did what he was supposed to do, however, SEARS home services changed the installation date 3 times AFTER the part was received. In total we waited more than THREE WEEKS for the repair of our washer machine, after it was notified.

Do not recommend
Did not write up notes properly which has led to long delays in water heater replacement.

Labor cost is ridiculous!
The guy that took care of the repairs got it done. But the labor cost was that of an almost new washer! 0/10 DON'T recommend!!

Not Prepared
Not sure why a repair person isn't well equipped with the necessary tools to do the job. Luckily my husband was home and had to use our own tools to remove a piece of trim and when I said it was unreal that he didn't have his own tools he told me that it was my house that wasn't prepared. The first thing he asked for was money as well.

FURIOUS
Tyrese H. never came to my home to repair my freezer. However he sent an e-mail stating that he came and repaired the appliance. I have waited all day for him. For him to say he repaired the freezer when I still have the parts on my kitchen table is unbelievable. I am very upset at this blatant LIE!!!!!!

Tech never showed and marked it complete in system. Have to wait several more weeks for a new one to come. Would give 0 stars.

I didn't believe must of what Jonnyboy was saying! I felt like the whole purpose of the VISIT was to get me to PURCHASE another refrigerator. But, I could be wrong! So, we will see!
