!! STILL WITHOUT A WASH MACHINE !!

Called to fix noisy scraping sound. Mark came and called in a parts list that would be shipped to us. Installation to be on 8/22. all parts didn't get here - installation moved to 8/29 Mark came with helper to assist on 8/29. Mark said he ran thru the cycles (without clothes), seemed to be working. My wife put in her first (light} load on 8/31. When it got to the rinse cycle, the machine started banging like an imbalance had occurred. When she opened the machine the agitator had lifted and the upper part was laying crosswise in the tub. It took twenty minutes to get the knotted mess untangled. Noticed a 1-1/4" gap between the bottom of the agitator and the bottom of the tub. We straightened the load, restarted the rinse cycle and in less than a minute the machine was banging again. We un-knotted the mess again, straightened the load, and restarted the rinse cycle. In less than a minute the machine was banging against the wall again. On 9/7 Mark came back. Told us his helper hadn't pushed the the agitator all the way down. He very forcefully pushed the agitator down. He told us it should be good for another 14 years with the new parts. He told us that he still had 4 more calls to do yet that night. My wife put in another light load and we sat down for supper. When it got to the rinse cycle the machine started hitting the wall again! Less than an hour after Mark left. The next appointment was set for the 13th. I got reminder e-mails on the 11th, 12th, & 13th. Mark didn't call or show up by 6:pm so we went to Wed. night prayer meeting. That 1-1/4" gap is still there.

Horrible service.

We struggled for a week with our dryer. Confirmed it was blowing outside at the vent. Confirmed there was no obstructions. Tried to fix it homeowner style. Called AHS. Tech came out and said it's fine. Towles have now been wet and "drying" for 90 minutes.

Dryer Repair

Lazy worst and zero customer skill. He did not even check what's wrong with my dryer and immediately said my dyer vent set up is the problem. I lived in this house for 25 years and when I bought the set of washer and dryer from Sears in 2011 I simply don't have any problem at all with my dryer till now.

Worse Service Ever

The technician was rude and used language that was unacceptable. He didn't have the items needed to complete the job and had total disrespect for our home. He banged his bags on the front door while trying to come in and several times after that. He made multiple trips outside for items needed and had to call for help on how to connect an item. He wanted us to give him full payment even before the job was done. So very unhappy with this service.

Incompetent. Advised me to pay someone to remove the air conditioner from the wall. I have a five year warranty. Your entire company is just terrible. The air conditioner has not been working since June.

The tech made a totally bogus statement to my wife saying that it was a light bulb and he "cleaned the contacts "????. My problem is not resolved!!!!
