Poor service experience
Impossible to get window less than 8 hours after long delay in rescheduling and date being set without ever checking with me. Repair person was supposed to be the same person who promised to replace part and clean area that I cannot get to. Refused to perform service. Told me that my warranty may have been changed but didn't cover it. It's a routine service on this older model. Tried yo "mansplain" yo me that the problem I've identified is not related to the food that collects at the bottom of the machine, and which I cannot get to.

Technician would not work on appliance without a waiver stating if floor damaged occurred by moving refrigerator, Sears is not responsible.

This person who came to my house to fix no I take it back that did not fix my washer. He was rude he not even try to fix it August 23 He's the one who came over to my house to fix my washer He's the one who ordered this three parts that I still have in my house and his exact words. He said that he did not know how to fix it and I'm going to have a new because this Is BROKEN I do not have one for three months and I'm the one who's paying for Sears replacement agreement even three people and Him three ones didn't know how to fix it now and I do not have.a washer again again I would love somebody to call me today, September 26 that I am going to have My Washer fix Washer to get fixed or A New One the only thing that I got was a person that came to my house and was rude. Not a reflection of Kelvin, but of the Company
Worst experience ever. It is absolutely impossible to call or contact the Company in any way shape or form. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor service, I would give the company a scale of -10 (NEGATIVE TEN). I would never recommend this company, and would warn everyone to avoid them like the plague.

Hoax
They don't tell you all the costs and I believe it could be fixed but they were more about selling me a new fridge. The technician was very polite and nice, he was doing what they told him to do

Still not working
I believe not all three parts were changed. Left one old part in box on kitchen floor but took other one with him. Icebox is still not working. What do we do now?

Washer diagnostic
Not satisfied with service the waiting for technician was 7 hrs, to be told cost for repairs would be $ 707.00 over priced. New washer could be purchased for that amount of monies.

Cooktop repair
My appointment was at 10:00am to 1:00 pm Tech got here at 1:00 I think he was here about 40 mins. My cooktop and it is still not working. I am trying on calling to have someone come back and repair my cooktop I have been transferred twice and I have been on the line for toooo long. It appears that your house calls are as bad as your customer service on the phone. It appears that I am paying monthly for service that is very poor. I also had a repair on my dish washer on the same day and at the Tech was here no more than 1 hour for a repairs of two appliances.
