Refrigerator/parts replaced
Jeremiah did a very poor pist job doing replacing the part in my refrigerator.The part was installed incorrectly and that made my shelves were not able to line up correctly.I felt he rushed the job and he did not care he picked his bag up and left abruptly.,without trying to rectify.

A&E = THE WORST
Only give 8am - 5pm windows -- who can sit around all day waiting to be told only 30 minutes before arrival? IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with someone, as all A&E numbers given take you to an automated system. Finally had someone call me to get serial # and I told him nobody would be home before 2pm. He promised he noted it, yet I get a call at 10am the next day that tech is on the way. Told him nobody was home, he wasn't happy but came at 5pm. Ordered part, scheduled for ALL DAY Saturday, 9/9, get a text saying canceled for no reason. Then hours later get a text saying confirmed. Waited ALL DAY Saturday for NOBODY to show up or call. Then get scheduled for Wednesday without being asked if that worked (from 8-5pm). Tech didn't even come until nearly 6pm. Absolutely the WORST service/business plan. If AHS hadn't assigned me A&E and made me stay with them, I'd of canceled in a heartbeat. Completely unacceptable time windows, lack of contact to "live" people and then a no-call/no-show with ZERO apology!

Air Conditioner
Techs said they couldn't fix unit due to part availability. Warranty company reassigned us to a new tech company and the unit was fixed in 2 hours. Very frustrating with high temps and Sears said it couldn't be fixed while another company figured it out.

Poor
I was not notified that he was here. He called me once he was done and said everything was "working". The ice machine just need to push harder, door closes fine, and oven was clean. The part for the ice machine doesn't exist anymore so he can't order a new one but he said push hard and the ice should come out. He was there for about 20 min, I asked for him to wait to wait for me he said he was there for too long. I wanted to be present to explain and show the repair person I was not connected when they were going to arrive.

Horrible service tech, left my kitchen a mess
My kitchen was tore up by the time he left. Ice all over my floor and he didn't leave my fridge how he found it. Super disappointed . And he didn't finish the work order on my fridge. I had 2 things wrong with my fridge and only completed 1.

Waste Of Money
Truly dissatisfied. I paid a lot of money for my refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. After paying an observation fee for the technician to tell me this is only a temporary fix for around about 30 days, that the freezer will break again!!! And if I want to buy another replacement freezer that will cost me well over $600 or more…what? Fix my freezer!!! That is not fair that my entire refrigerator was extremely expensive to be broken in an instant. Now pay the piper for putting a bandage and not fixing! My problem! After googling, about this refrigerator/freezer at the bottom…this type online has been completely busted within a year or two. Don't buy this refrigerator. And if you do…u will suffer the consequences that I now have to endure. I will never ever have ice coming from my current refrigerator. Give me my money back and will go buy a proper new one without the drama.

Technician
I was told by my technician that I needed a new door to cover the icemaker in my refrigerator French door and he showed me the Party was ordering and when he left within 10 minutes I got an email from you and it said that you had denied the claim and I called Assurant and they said that the claim was denied because the technician said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the icemaker and they weren't gonna pay anything And they would I asked for a supervisor and they said a supervisor would call me back within three hours and I now have been waiting six and I have not heard from anyone and I intend to report them and you to the Better Business Bureau. Why pay insurance when you're not gonna get coverage I am not a happy customer

Horrible, hope he shows up to ur home!
He "completed" the job on his end, didn't even show up to our home! Charged for the visit as well. Would give 0 stars if I could. Watch out for him!!

Unhappy customer. Cancelation is next
I really believe he didn't want to do the work and quoted me this ridiculous estimate where I can buy 2 refrigerator for that price and I was told I didn't have to pay for the diagnostic. And He didn't do too much of any attempt to resolve the issue and charge me
