Did NOT show. Falsely completed paperwork.
Technician never showed and did not do the work claiming on the paperwork falsely and fraudulently completed stating oven is fixed.

Something is very wrong

Horrible
Technician said he was not allowed to move the dryer back to access the problem. Why do I pay for a home warranty if I can't have my dryer repaired. There is no obstruction he just was not able to move the dryer forward without a second tech per his statement.

He ran the wash twice and the spin cycle worked (forced the cycle to spin-did not let machine run through a full cycle) Said he could not fix the problem if spin cycle worked. Left with nothing done at all. I ran the washer after he left and the spin cycle did not work!!

Repair did not work
Unit still does not work properly. Technician would not allow a full cycle to run. Subsequent use of the washer when allowed to run cycle on its own, resulted in the same problems as previously reported. I had to walk the cycle through manually to complete, which is what I had to do when the Tech was here. The timer is still not right at the rinse and spin.

Washer not fixed.
Left with "I hope it works." Washer still doesn't work. Had to go to another vendor who solved the issue. Sears takes too long, too many delays.

Not helpful
Seemed to be in a hurry, didn't have time to answer any questions, he was rude and sarcastic. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, then 2 more weeks for parts and then he worked on it 20 minutes, said he couldn't fix it that I needed a new machine and it was no longer his problem & I needed to wait for assurant warranty company to call me- one week later no email so we text him and he again said it wasn't his problem!

The tech never showed up for the 2nd time.
I originally had this scheduled for Saturday September 16, 2023. The tech did show and didn't call to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for today, again the tech didn't show up. This has been the worst experience, and a horrible process for getting updates for an automated system that is not accurate or real time.

Repair
When repair was complete I asked if it was ok to run washer. He said ok and left. I gathered laundry and started washer. Checked back in a few minutes floor was water covered with water. Haves tried several times to get satisfaction on line and by phone to no avail!' The next appt offered was next week!!!
