Washer
Call five times to , didn't keep there word. The are going to credit me for the washer because it cost to much to repair I have been with the company for a while. I don't feel like I was treated fairly.

Refrigerator
My refrigerator is still not working. Ice is not working and tempatures are still high.

Still broken
I had a tech come out to the house spend two minutes looking at my machine then left telling me we could not do anything until we ordered the part. 10 days later a second tech comes by installs the part and leaves. I run the dishwasher for the first time and it still leaks all over the floor.

Did do what I asked
The technician was good but I asked Sears when scheduling that I wanted my upper oven checked as well and he obviously didn't get that message. I was also charged double what I was quoted. Will never use Sears home services again!

Bad service by technician and deceiving.
Experience was very bad, technician was deceiving when he made me sign on the electronic forms. He only explained in his own words what I was apparently signing and he did not show me the actual forms. When the forms were sent to my email I noticed that the forms were not what I was told they were when I signed. The forms were rather a release of any liability for SEARS and the technician. I felt that the technician was not truthful and very deceiving.

Not friendly
Was not willing to listen to what the customer had to say. Also was in a rush to finish the job. Left while the washer was still running and said everything was normal. Will need to put a ticket again to have another technician come out.

Dryer vent left dislodged and dryer still broken
This was my 3rd appointment scheduled for this repair and now I will need a 4th. Very disappointed with Sears lack of customer service (have called, emailed, used the online chat bots, social media messaging - never able to speak with a human). First appointment was to diagnose and order parts, 2nd appointment was a no-show, 3rd appointment with this tech seemed to fix the machine but once I put clothes inside it squeaked as if the metal dryer parts were rubbing against each other. Then I noticed the vent pipe to the exhaust was dislodged as well as if he must have shoved the machine back into it too hard. More upset about the lack of customer service support than the poor repair job.

Poor service waisted time and money
The te hnician Arkady quickly "established" tgat my cooktop could not be repaired wothout any attempt to find parts elsewhere or any meaningful advise he was apparently totally disinterested in helping me but made derogatory commwnts aboout our kitchen cabinrts. Do not go with sears - just pure waist of time and mo ey.

Clueless, very nice person
Talked about washer problems checked nothing ran through cycle with no problem. Our insurance company sent a tech who was great, he checked the electronic valves with a meter for accuracy was very knowledgable, felt good knowing the valves were operating correctly.

Blackman and SHW
Totally unsatisfactory. It has been over six months and 6 technician visit to resolve the refrigerator issue. Has not been resolved. The last visit was to plug up the vent holes in the area of freezing. One earlier suggestion was not to put food back there or we are putting in food to be refrigerated wrong. No repai and no determination it cannot be repaired. Understood that after four tech visits and not repaired =-Replace.
