Unfortunate
Arturo, fixed the problem but then left wood sticking out below the dishwasher and left the bottom panel uneven. When I asked him to correct it, he told me he would come back the next day. It's been a week since then, and during this week he never once reached out to me like he said he would. I've had to call and text him several times. He continues to give excuses and has not been back to finish correctly as he said he would. I'm very disappointed in Sears services.

Repair wall air conditioner and replace roof air condition
Weeks ago Esaus came and said air conditioner in wall needs Freon but his Boss said he cannot get on ladder to take it down to put the Freon in the air conditioner. So it was not done. Yesterday Sept 20th, my air conditioner on roof was to be replaced. No one showed up. I got a call he was on the way after 6pm but no one showed up. I have 2 protection agreements one for air condioners and one for appliances. I had these agreements for over 20 years and this is the first year we have had problems with service to air conditioners and had no air all summer. The first call was in June. Each week they said they were coming with a 40Foot ladder for roof but each time Esaus said he can not go a ladder. Each time I call, I was told someone who can use the ladder will come but poor Esaus comes and says he does not have a ladder. Lately, he does not even come to the house and I get paperwork as if he was here. The air conditioner agreement when needed, I am told they can not service the air conditioners. The appliances as of today is working fine. Can someone contact me regarding the Air Conditioner in the wall and the one on the roof for service.

AT THE SCALE OF 0 TO 10 O IS MOAT UNSATISFACTORY & 10 IS MOST SATISFACTORY. YOU 100% DESERVE ZERO I WILL COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU TO CEARS COMPANY WHO SENT YOU TO MY HOUSE. YOUR REPAIR ESTIMATE WAS NEARLY EQUEL TO ONE CAN BUY NEW DRYER WHEN YOU HAS TO REPLACE THE SWITCH ONLY OF THE DRYER. I PRAY TO GOD TO KEEP ME AWAY FROM THESE TYPE OF PERSONS.

Dryer still not working
My dryer is still not working. He problem was in the dryer. They took it apart. So I don't understand why it's not drying. Please send someone out as soon as possible

Dryer still not working
I don't have a review dryer is still not working .I don't know why its not working the technicians took the dryer apart. Please someone back out to see what The problem. I paid for the service and I want my dryer fixed. Thanks

Took our parts and left and job was not done
Again. No job was completed. He claims it was the rats who did chewed up the wire and the parts that was ordered is no use for our issue so he took the parts with him that was already paid for and said he was going to returned it back to the company so we wouldn't get charged. He was NOT suppose to do that. We had already paid for the parts. What kind of business is this?

Not fixed
Seriously don't know how you guys run your business. We've had 2 technicians come out and still could t fix the problem.first one barely looked at issue and "assume" that was the issue. Didn't even open the washer up. The second tech opened it said there's another more than one crack but only did the job ordered. I kept asking him what about the other crack he saw he tried to dismiss the issue ajd said the problem is fixed. Charged us extra and left. We tested it out right away and of course tue issue was still there. This company has the worst technicians and customer service. We've been dealing with you guys for over weeks now and still couldn't complete one job!

HVAC
Sears Technician came out to my home on 9/18/2023 to run a diagnostics on my HVAC system. When he arrived I let him know system was leaking and wasn't cooling but not properly. While the technician was running same test on the system my husband asked him why where we smelling a burning smell the technician told him it was from the hot water heater, because he needed the hot water to melt the ice on the system. (That don't make any sense to us) Then the technician asked my husband where was the power to turn the system off. After that we could hear him hitting on something at the system. Technician stayed outside messing with the system for about a hour. When technician came in he told us his diagnostics and was going to his truck to enter the report and wait for a answer to see if he could proceed. Twenty minutes later technician come back in tell us the he didn't get a response back and we would have to wait for them to get back with us. OVERALL WHEN THE TECHNICIAN CAME WE HAD SOME AIR NOW WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY AIR THE SYSTEM ISN'T COMING ON. SEAR NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP TO GET MY SYSTEM BACK ON. (REMIND YOU WE LIVE IN TEXAS 100 DEGREE WEATHER). I will have to escalate this matter if I don't get a response from Sears within 24 hours.
